"I chose the USC MHR program for the opportunity to develop into a strategic HR leader. Because of the MHR program, I now feel confident in my ability to impact business decisions as a change agent. During this program, I have had the opportunity to network with top level executives at some of the most prestigious companies in the world. These executives come from around the globe to meet with students and provide us with insight into the future of human resources. The network I have built during this program alone was worth it!" - Anthony Chung, MHR Class of 2012
"The Moore School’s MHR program has given me the opportunity to learn from some of the best professors and most distinguished HR professionals in the industry. The small size of each class truly allows each student to create strong relationships with their classmates and future colleagues. One very unique aspect of the MHR program is that it encompasses classes in finance, leadership, marketing and law. This is crucial for the development of an HR professional. Each student is equipped with the skills necessary to become a leader and a true partner to the business. They also just happen to have an expertise in Human Resources." - Andy Mayer, MHR Class of 2013
“As I look back at my time at USC and the Masters of HR curriculum, the program afforded me the opportunity to deepen and broaden my HR skills by building a strong foundation that could be leveraged in range of roles and industries. As my career has developed, I am confident that the skills and relationships built at USC have allowed me to grow as a leader and find my passion.” - Ben Novy, Vice President, HR Operations, Vail Resorts Management Company
"The MHR program pushed me to grow as a person and as a professional. The faculty and HR board has the student's best interest in mind, and continuously challenge us to think outside the box. Immediately after graduating and starting my full time career at CH2M Hill, I found practical ways to use my MHR education. I am able to see, on the daily basis, how the work I do creates value for my company and how my solid business background and HR education made me the professional I am today." - Kelly Plante, MHR Class of 2011, HR Rotational Program, CH2M Hill
