Moore School of Business
Research Centers and Outreach Programs
Research
is an essential component of the academic mission. The vibrant research centers
(linked above) at the Moore School are evidence of the faculty’s ongoing
research productivity and also their prestige. Moore School is one of only
30 schools in the country to host a federally funded Center for International
Business Education and Research (CIBER ). The business community
benefits from the published results of such research, and from the direct
interaction of faculty with business leaders locally, nationally, and
globally.
Faculty in individual
academic departments of the Moore School have consistently placed well in
various rankings of published research. In addition, faculty serve as executive
editors of three professional journals at the Moore School of Business: Journal of Financial Research, Economics of Education Review, and Emerging Practices in Cost
Management.
The Moore School of Business provides facilities for two nonprofit
centers for business education and support.
