Corporate restructuring has resulted in broadened responsibilities for many managers, with the consequence that financial concerns are an increasing part of the job, even for those who don't have a finance background. With today's ever-greater emphasis on quantitative measurement of performance, it is virtually imperative that all managers understand the basics of financial analysis. In this hands-on seminar, you will learn how to evaluate quantitative data and incorporate it into your decision making process.
This seminar is for you if you are: a manager or other professional with little or no background in finance; working with managers in other functional areas and need a common understanding of finance fundamentals; involved in a new business unit with expanded responsibilities beyond your specialty, including profit generation; making decisions that impact directly on your area's profitability; frequently using financial and accounting information in your decision-making process; and believing your job capability would be enhanced by a knowledge and understanding of finance.
