
This three day course is designed to give experienced supervisors new skills which will enable
them to do their job more effectively. The seminar will give participants the opportunity to
perform a self analysis to find their strengths and weaknesses and create a personal action plan
for improvement. Supervisors will also learn how to become better planners, implementers, and
problem solvers. Employment law will also be covered and participants will review essential laws
and regulations relating to people in the workplace. Assertiveness training, learning how to
resolve conflict more effectively, and learning how to identify personalities in order to improve
performance are also covered in this course.
