Sharpen your ability to communicate at all levels of your organization
Strong interpersonal skills are an essential component of successful management. In this program, you will learn how to communicate effectively with people at all levels of your organization. The program is designed for middle and upper-level managers, as well as up-and-coming managers, who have shown a mastering of the basic skills of managing subordinates, and who are now ready to extend their skills to peers and superiors. It is also for those managers who wish to fine-tune skills and develop strategies for dealing with unique problems.

A manager will be able to use this information to build self-awareness about:
Day 1
The first day provides a firm grasp of important principles and a working
understanding of the dimensional model. The formation of cohesive teams also begins. It includes
group discussions, breakout sessions for teams, and opportunities for feedback.
Day 2
Discussions and group activities expand to include working with superiors as well
as direct reports.
Day 3
Two major activities are devoted to this day: interacting with coworkers, and the real-life
case practice meetings.
Day 4
Real-life case practice meetings are completed and teams finish their feedback
activity. By the end of the fourth day, participants are aware of a gap between the ideal (how they
should manage) and the real (how they do manage). Once aware of this, most participants are
motivated to close the gap - by going back to the job and managing dimensionally. Participants
leave with goals they intend to achieve when they return to the job. They also come away with an
Application Manual which provides detailed guidelines for applying what they have learned.
