Today's economy has changed the dynamics of leadership. Being an effective manager no longer assures success; you must be an effective leader.
Successful leaders know how to coach rather than control, how to cultivate culture, not dictate it, and how to drive results by anticipating trends that will separate them from the competition.
The Executive International MBA prepares professionals to be those leaders.
The Executive International MBA Program
The EIMBA is a partnership between the Technológico de Monterrey-EGADE, and the University of South Carolina's Moore School of Business. Graduates will receive a Maestriá en Administración from the Tecnológico de Monterrey and an Executive International Master of Business Administration from the University of South Carolina.
The EIMBA program is designed for experienced managers and senior professionals in Mexico with a minimum of 5 years work experience. The length of the program is 22 months and graduates earn both an IMBA from the Moore School of Business as well as a MA (Maestria en Administracion) from the Tecnologico de Monterrey. Classes are held on the Tec de Monterrey Campus Guadalajara every third weekend, 50% by professors from the Technologico de Monterrey and 50% by professors from the Moore School of Business who travel to Guadalajara to teach the classes in person. The curriculum is comprised of 10 core courses, four electives, and three seminars, two of which are held internationally.
