
Coordinates the efforts of the finance, accounting, and related business activities of the Moore School of Business. The Moore School of Business state budget totals approximately $48.7 million, endowments of approximately $80.2 million and other funds of approximately $1.5 million.
Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree and two (2) years or bachelor’s degree and four (4) years relevant experience in business, public administration or administrative services. Ability to plan, organize and direct complex financial, administrative, and support activities. Ability to establish and maintain effective administrative, and support activities. Ability to establish and maintain working relationships. Ability to communicate effectively. Managerial experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Master of Accountancy or CPA or MBA. Fluency with all Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc. Knowledge of governmental accounting and business practices. Knowledge of USC policies and procedures and State and Federal laws, rules, and regulations pertaining to business activities of the Moore School of Business.
