Biography Ronald C. Rogers (Ph.D. Ohio State University, 1983) is the Director of the Center for Applied Real Estate Education and Research, and an Associate Professor of Finance and Real Estate. His publications have appeared in the Journal of Financial Economics, Journal of Finance, AREUEA Journal, National Tax Journal, Financial Management, Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics, The Financial Review, Journal of Bank Research, Real Estate Issues, Real Estate Review, and others. Dr. Rogers is a member of the American Finance Association, Financial Management Association, and the American Real Estate and Urban Economics Association. Current research interests include corporate control, capital structure, financial markets, and real estate markets and finance.
