Thursday and Friday, October 16-17, 2008

Thursday's showcase for IMBA candidates is designed to offer an opportunity to experience the IMBA program for a day by sitting in on a class, meeting with a program representative, meeting first- and second-year students, taking a campus tour, and attending a reception with faculty, students, and staff. Friday is designed to offer the opportunity to meet with alumni, faculty and representatives from Admissions, Graduate Career Management, Track Advisors and current students to have all of your questions answered regarding the IMBA program.

1:00 - 4:00		Optional 25-minute Admissions or Informational Interviews (must be scheduled in advance)

1:00 - 2:30		Optional Tour I

4:30 - 6:00		Welcome by Dr. Martin Roth, Executive Director of IMBA Presentation by Moore School Ambassadors Moore School of Business, 8th floor, Lumpkin Room
6:00 - 8:00		Reception McCutchen House on Historic Horseshoe Foreign Language Partner School representatives available to discuss programs.

8:30 - 9:15		Welcome & Program Overview: Core and Concentration Options Dr. Hildy Teegen, Dean, Moore School of Business Dr. Marty Roth, Director of the IMBA program
9:15 -10:15		Career Management Overview Jane Willis, Director of Graduate Career Management, will describe services available to IMBA students.
10:30 -11:45		Attend Core Class
11:45 -12:45		Lunch Campus Room, Capstone Hall
1:00 - 1:30		Concurrent Sessions I Internship advisors, language partner schools and student representatives - Spanish, Portuguese tracks - Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Arabic tracks - French, German, Global tracks - Graduate Career Management representative
1:35 - 2:05		Concurrent Sessions II Internship advisors, language partner schools and student representatives - Spanish, Portuguese tracks - Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Arabic tracks - French, German, Global tracks - Student Organizations - Financial Aid representative
