Housing (CAE) Information


USC Graduate & Family Housing

Carolina Gardens has two and three bedroom apartments.  The rent is $580 for a one bedroom, $655 for a two bedroom, and $690 for a three bedroom.  Rent includes electricity and water.

The Cliff House has one and two bedroom traditional apartments. The rent for a one bedroom apartment is $775 per month, and the rent for a two bedroom ranges from $880-905 per month. The rent includes all utilities, local telephone service, and basic cable set up.

Both of these areas are located on the south side of campus near the athletic fields and have shuttle service available to the Moore School.  If you are interested in USC on-campus housing - please refer to the Housing Web page  for terms and conditions/applications and deposits. 

Off-Campus Housing
