
All Language and Global Trackers will be on the Columbia campus for the beginning of
the business portion of the program starting the first week of July.
The first day of Orientation will be June 30th. Orientation week for all
students is mandatory and will be held in the Lumpkin Auditorium, 8th floor, Moore School of
Business. During the comprehensive overview, you will be greeted by the Dean of the
Moore School and the Executive Director of the International MBA Program. You will be
introduced to key staff members and be instructed on general rules and regulations that you will
follow during your time in the program. Please
bring or wear business attire with you as your photograph will be taken during orientation.
Students participate for the first week in the Moore Professional Series, offered by the
professional staff of the
Moore School of Business Office of
Career Management.

Your core classes will begin the following week - please refer
to your daily core schedule.
Check
VIP to to make sure you have registered
yourself for the correct section and follow that section schedule for the entire semester.
Also, be aware that your tuition program fees must be paid by the first day of class (each
semester) - see
paying fees for
instructions to complete this process.
Please make sure that you have sent your offical GMAT test scores and all official transcripts (with degree posted) to:

International students entering the Moore School of Business International MBA program must arrive on campus the week before the IMBA orientation for a mandatory orientation with the IMBA office as well as the International Student Services Office. (specific information to follow with I-20 from International Student Services)
If you have received a Fee Reduction/Work Grant from the Moore School, please see Scott Kaplan in room 517 in the Moore School at the beginning of orientation week to obtain the form needed to secure a Social Security Number, so that your hiring paperwork can be completed.
Please register for your Fall courses as you did for summer. Be aware that you may have been allowed to register for summer session II courses while still lacking the required immunization form or an official GMAT and/or undergraduate transcript - that will not be the case for Fall registration - all required forms must be submitted in order for you to register for the Fall. Fee payment for the Fall semester is due on the first day of class (refer to your schedule). There will be no formal fall orientation.
