Paying Fees

Paying Fees and Applying Financial Aid

Students entering the International MBA program, whether entering the Global or Language Track may pay fees on line with a credit card (Master Card or Discover) or by check submitted to: The Bursar's Office, USC, Petigru Building, Columbia, SC 29208.  Payment  MUST be made by the first day of class each semester, or your class schedule will be dropped from the system. Whichever method of payment you choose, if you are receiving financial aid, you must apply that aid on line using the VIP system before you can receive the overage or pay the difference. VIP may show you have "available financial aid" or "pending financial aid".  If your aid is pending, you may still follow the VIP process to apply aid to pay fees; however, your overage check will not be disbursed until the aid is "available" which simply means it has arrived at the University. That overage will then be mailed to your address per the USC database, or direct deposited into your bank account.  If VIP shows that a check needs to be endorsed, you should contact Student Loan Accounting, room 207 in the Petigru Building (corner of Pickens and Green Streets) or call 1-802-777-6749.
