Jane has been with the University of South Carolina since 1990 and has served in various capacities. Prior to joining the Graduate Career Management office in 2001, she served as the Director of the Master of Human Resources program and as Assistant Director of the International MBA program. She began her tenure at Moore in student recruiting and admissions.
She holds a Master of Education degree from the University of South Carolina and is a Birkman Consultant. Her specific area of expertise is career planning and mapping, with a focus on relationship and personal management. This focus permeates all of the graduate career management programs and provides a unique value added for the student and the employer.
Jane believes that when people are doing what they enjoy, they are more successful, efficient, productive, and contented. This is the framework for successful talent acquisition and rewarding careers. It is the backbone of graduate career management at Moore for both the student and the employer.
The daughter of a General Electric executive and a political strategist, Jane lived throughout the eastern United States during her childhood. She now calls South Carolina home and is proud to be affiliated with the Moore School of Business.
