
James Rollins, a second-year International MBA
(IMBA) student at the Moore School, has been awarded a scholarship from the National Black
MBA Association, Inc. (NBMBAA) for the second year in a row. He was one of 25 chosen
this year from more than 300 applicants.
Rollins is a Darla Moore Fellow and also received both 2006 and 2007 scholarships from the National Society of Hispanic MBAs (NSHMBA).
As a scholarship recipient, Rollins will be the guest of the National Black MBA Association at its 29th Annual Conference and Exposition in Orlando, Florida, Sept. 13-15.
Rollins served five years in the U.S. Navy before entering the IMBA program. He is in the IMBA Spanish Track, and his business focus in marketing.
