Large Number of Graduate Program Fellowship Finalists Invited to Moore. More than
60 finalists for various graduate fellowships — the largest number of students in years — spent the
better part of three days at Moore School in late March touring the campus, meeting faculty and
staff, and undergoing one-on-one interviews. The incoming IMBA, MHR, and MACC students were
competing for fellowship money ranging from $2,500 to $15,000 per year. The fellowships include
Darla Moore Fellowships, Master in Human Resources Council Fellowships, the Clevenger Memorial
Fellowship, the Putnam Fellowships, and the Ernst & Young Fellowships.

Moore Student and Recent Grad Chosen Rotary Scholars A sophomore at the Moore
School of Business and a 2001 Moore School graduate were among six USC students chosen this year as
Rotary International Scholars. Jeremy Gahm, a May 2001 Honors College graduate with a bachelor’s
degree in finance, received a Rotary International Cultural Ambassadorial Scholarship in the amount
of $12,500 for three months’ study abroad. He will study at Dialogo in Salvador de Bahia, Brazil.
Nicholas Young, a sophomore finance major in the Honors College, also received a cultural
scholarship and will study Portuguese at the Bridge-Linguatec International in Rio de Janeiro,
Brazil.
