Geographic Information Science
This site provides information for faculty, staff, and students at the University of South Carolina (USC) on geographic information science and related disciplines. The USC was one of an initial group of American research universities to become members of the University Consortium on Geographic Information Science (UCGIS). UCGIS fosters the integrated use of resources and technology, and encourages multi-disciplinary research collaboration.
