Pay by Check - Complete this PDF form online, then print a copy. The form is also available in Microsoft Word format. Mail your completed form with your payment to the office sponsoring the seminar. If you do not have Adobe Reader, you can download a free copy athttp://www.adobe.com
Pay Cash - Visit the office sponsoring the seminar and sign-up.
Pay by Credit Card Online - Click on the "Buy Now" button next to the seminar you wish to attend (listed by city above). Fill out the information requested by PayPal and bring a copy of your receipt to the seminar.
Pay with a Credit Card by Phone - Call the office sponsoring the seminar.
