Key Dates

October 15, 2011: Early Answer Application Deadline - If students turned in their completed application* in by this date, then we mail their decision letters on December 19th. A completed application includes: an application, $50 nonrefundable application fee (or qualified fee waiver for SC residents only), and all credentials, such as official high-school transcript(s) and official test scores sent directly from the testing service.

November 15, 2011: South Carolina Honors College and Top Scholars Application Deadline

December 1, 2011: Priority Application Deadline - To ensure full and equal consideration for the summer or fall 2010 semesters, students must have submittted their completed applications by December 1.

December 19, 2011: Early Answer Notification Date

February 1, 2012: Credentials Deadline - Follow-up credentials, such as official test scores and updated high-school transcripts, must be received by February 1st.

February 15, 2012: SC Honors College Notification - offers of admission to the South Carolina Honors College will be made by February 15.

March 16, 2012: December 1st Applicant Notification - Decisions will be released by March 16th for students who apply by December 1st and who also meet the February 1st Credentials deadline.

May 1, 2012: Enrollment Deposit Deadline - A $200 enrollment deposit must be paid to secure your admitted student's place in the 2012 freshman class.
