Program Overview

- This course will include class meetings during the first half of the Spring semester

Highlights
- Our nine days will be divided between the rain forest near La Fortuna and the coastal town of Manuel Antonio.
- Stay at a state-of-the-art eco-lodge and sample delicious tropical fruits.
- Experience adventure activities like zip-lining through a cloud forest and whitewater rafting.
- Learn new approaches to stress as we take part in morning yoga, routine journaling, and daily hikes.
Costs
Program fee: $2,395 (does not reflect the Capstone Scholars Adventure Grant)
Includes:
- Accommodations for 8 nights
- Transportation to/from activities
- Meals: 8 breakfasts, 5 lunches, 7 dinners

- 2 USC Trip Leaders
- All itinerary activities
Does not include:
- Airfare
- Optional surf lessons ($70) or canyoning ($85)
- Transportation for any free time activities
