Our Research

The Management Department is home to globally recognized thought leaders who explore new ways to effectively manage people and organizations. Management faculty identify how organizations can more effectively attract, develop and retain talent to drive business performance, innovation, inclusion and entrepreneurial activity.

The management themes faculty explore include trust, interpersonal and intragroup cooperation, organizational behavior, entrepreneurship, business and professional communication, how to form and lead teams, workplace diversity, negotiations, compensation, performance management, leadership development and cross-cultural issues. 

Management faculty have earned their degrees from respected institutions that include Northwestern University, University of Wisconsin-Madison, U.S. Military Academy in West Point, New York University, University of Pennsylvania, University of Texas-Austin, Tulane University, University of Sussex, Michigan State University, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
